I WAS in it. However, I found out I had to pick up my disabled Uncle from the airport, so I withdrew. I'll play in it again soon.

Don't worry about being 'dead' money. The players in these things are awful. Horribly awful.

Just don't play the bubble like you do in a SNG. Heh.

Care to elaborate on this briefly? I've often wondered if MTT bubble strategy differed greatly from STT bubble play.

i had T15000ish, he had T1650ish. it was actually 4x...he 'only' had T3200 in the pot - surprised he called actually. the 30k pot put him top 30 on the board /images/graemlins/frown.gif

The bubble in most of these don't pay much relative to your buy-in. Unless it's a BIG money MTT (like $500+), people will not fold good hands. People are interested in making the final table (where the real money is), not skating into 250th place.
