The cafe down the street from me had a new menu item today - open-faced chicken melt. Basically like a tuna melt (except with chicken salad instead of tuna) served on an english muffin with melted cheddar on top. So. Effing. Good.

8 tacos and a bacon ultimate cheeseburger from Jack in the Box would be the best lunch ever.

that sounds nasty.

For the record, the best lunch obtainable in todays society is a Chili Verde Super Burrito from Super Taqueira on 10th St. in San Jose.

Please keep in mind that I am never wrong.

That does sound really good.

Anyone have a simple/tasty recipe for chicken salad? How do I cook the chicken?
