nh. This highlights my whole point about why handjobs are better. A good BJ incorporates a good deal of hand action (unless we're talking deep throat), and is, as someone else pointed out, essentially a glorified handjob with a little bit of mouth action mixed in. There's just not enough friction in a hands-free blowjob.
