ethical dilema at my work/home...

it's not that big of a dilema, really, but this girl that lives in my building just showed up with a bottle of vodka and that look in her eyes.... I am the building super, so i tend to try to avoid that kind of... interactions... with my tenants, but she's very good looking and a nice girl to boot.... i think i'll be bad.
