My ipod is like 6 weeks old and I usually charge it every night because I listen to it all day. Last night it had 1/3 a battery left so I left it (I do this from time to time when I don't listen as much that day). I didn't listen to it all today and just went to get it and play music and it didn't work so I tried plugging it into the firewire thing that connects to my computer and puts new songs in it and it didn't work, so finally I put it into the regular charger to see if it would work then but it still doesn't.
What am I supposed to do?
I have a warantee on it btw.

Their online support is brutal. Do they have some sort of e-mail support like pokerstars?

This isn't true. The battery can be replaced for $59 and they'll even do it at their retail stores.

Well it was true at the time that video was made. Apple changed their policy on the matter thanks in part to those guys.

There should be a way to reset it. I dont know how to with the new ones. With the older one, you had to hold down the play and menu button.
