Question about hand converter?

If someone could give me a quick tutorial on how to use it and how to find it I'd appreciate it.

bisonbison hand coverter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

just copy and paste your hand history in the left box and click 'convert hand' and the html to post your hand history will be in the right box. then post it on 2+2 so everyone can tell you why you should have raised the turn.
