Hand one I raise the turn, I think if you get 3bet it's a pretty easy fold.

CR the turn in hand 2 or lead the river, depending on whether he's capable of 3betting the turn for a free showdown.

1: raise turn- we've got top pair...lets raise this
2: bet river- we dont want it to be checked behind here, since we have top pair.

in both hands you're giving your villian too much credit for an overpair, IMO and missing out on a bet in each i think. reads would help...!
