For the past month I have not be able to get onto more than one full 10 person ring game at 1/2 on the cryptos?

Is anyone else having this problem? Before I had no problem sitting down at 3 or 4 10 person tables now I have to sit and camp out for awhile just to have a shot at one.

And yes I am bitching because my 6 max game is terrible. The cryptos have always been an easy couple hundred bucks for me and now i am fighting to break even.

I just wait list myself on all of the tables. Usually don't have to wait for more than 10 minutes before you can be seated at however many tables you want.

I try sitting at one table and putting myself on the wait list and it tells me that i am already on a specified table.

I remember being able to play at one table and wait at others. Maybe i am just crazy.

It is possible I am just playing at the wrong time of the day or month even?

I tried to play real late last night and this afternoon it was the same both times.

you're not going to be able to whore the cryptos efficiently playing just 10-max $1/2. this is because of the introduction of micro-limit tables AS WELL as some of the skins switching to a $1 rake requirement which is bumping players up to $2/4+. if you do manage to get on a full ring table after being wait listed up to 10 deep, expect flop percentages below 30% and pot sizes of 4BB's and under.

there is a decent amount of 6-max strategy written up both online and in books for you to read up on. you'll have to learn shorthanded anyway to be successful on about half the major poker sites in the long run, so might as well get cracking now instead of later. with many of these bonuses worth as much as $10/hr*table, you don't have to be an awesome player to be +EV, and you'll presumably get better with practice. I clear the dealt/hourly bonuses on Crypto every month with any combination of 6-max dollar/pound/euro HE, and maybe 1 or 2 stud tables if needed. combined with the tandem casino reloads on the UK-based skins, the potential for easy profit should be much higher than the fear of adapting your game.

That makes perfect sense. I didn't even think about the $1 rake structure.

I have been meaning to inprove my 6 max game, but I wanted to take the easy money on the cryptos and learn on my own accord. I guess i will have to get some reading done.

Also dude, although the 6-max games can be kinda bad most of the time, every once in a while I see the MOST TERRIBLE PLAYERS EVER. Watch closely for the donkey who will cap every street with the nut low. If you can sit to this guy's left and isolate, Crypto is a gold mine.

Usually only 'bonus whores' camp out there...the tables are tight. The bonuses are now harder to clear so there are less 1/2 tables these days.
