I seriously play exclusively at Eurobet now because I can actually understand customer support when I have to call. I dreaded calling Empire and Party. No jopke, it one time took me seven minutes for the person to understand what my account name was.

Me: "I" as in Isaac, "H" an in Henry
CS: Age?
Me: No, H, the letter
CS: Age the letter? Is that your screen name?
Me: No, I'm still on the second letter, which is "H" as in Henry
CS: J?
Me: H!
CS: What's your account name? That may help.
