Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) http://216.119.70.224/converter/hhconverter.pl

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif, Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG calls, Button raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, UTG calls, Button caps, Hero calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (12.33 SB) 2/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, J/images/graemlins/club.gif, 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls, Button raises, Hero calls, UTG calls.

No idea why I didn't 3 bet the flop. This is really where I messed up by not telling button that I'm not done with this hand. I haven't been running well and had run into KK/AA a lot recently.

Turn: (9.16 BB) T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, Button bets, Hero calls, UTG calls $12 (All-In), Button raises, Hero folds.

After the shortstack reraised all in, the button who capped preflop 3 bet the turn. I figured I had to be behind to a set\overpair\flush here, so I was out.

River: (15.16 BB) 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: 15.16 BB

Had only been at table 2-3 orbits and hadn't seen the button go crazy.

Put him on a hand.

I can see button with KQd, AKd, AA, KK, QQ, or JJ given the way he played the flop. Maybe AQd or AJd if he sucks. Good fold though.

The only other way to play it is 3-bet the flop and he will probably cap so you lose the same either way.

Button shows AJo and takes the pot, short stack had nothin.

the only reason to not 3 bet the flop is so that you can c/r the turn. Personally I 3 bet the flop since the button could be going for the free card with overs, and there is a flush draw on board. Its an even easier 3 bet with UTG being short stacked.
