Anyone know how to upload PT screen shots

I want to post some stats, but don't know how to. Can anyone give me some help? Thanks

1) Click PRT SCR.

2) Open MS Paint.

3) Edit -> Paste.

4) File -> Save.

5) Host the picture.

6) Post picture and get comments such as "Small sample size" and "raise more preflop."
