we need more info than this about what has been going on at the table. based on this alone "who is playing a bit loose" it sounds like your going to get called down most of the time.

Unless he sees you as a NAB (Not A Bluffer). You're going to get called down too much.

when he raises the flop i think it's a signal he's not folding a better hand, so i just call down from there.
