I think you have to call down on hand 1, but on hand 2 you might be able to find a fold against a somewhat passive opponent.

I don't see what the question is in Hand 1. You have to call the turn for your heart draw, and the 3 on the river is a great card for you. Call the river.

Hand 2 is closer, but I still call it down.

Hand 1 is an easy river call. Hand 2 isn't so easy because the pot is very small, laying something like 3:1 on a calldown. I still need something much more concrete on Villain before I fold, though. It's generally bad to fold TPTK heads-up, especially at 10/20 and above..
