having problems with java for MFF and IE

some java applications dont load properly, but some others do. for instance, i cant play backgammon on pogo.com, but i can play dominoes there. i can login to irc java applications with no problems.

however, gutshotbank.com is hosting the wsop live coverage and requires a java app to view it properly. unfortunately java isnt working for me here in neither MFF or IE. when java doesnt work all that happens is that i get the java loading image where the java application is supposed to be, and the red loading bar goes all the way to the end. the java loading image never turns into the application and just sits there forever.


any advice? quick i want to watch the wsop!

Don't know much about Java, but the obvious first thing to do is download the latest version (http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_xpi.jsp) (I was having the same problem with yahoo games, getting the latest version fixed it).

i went out for a while and when i came back the java started working so i guess dont worry about it guys.
