Bringing Palm info over to Ipaq. Any ideas?

I've given my old Ipaq to the wife since I got my MPx220 phone. She has a bunch of contacts on her Palm that I can't figure how to get into Outlook. Any ideas or programs?

Try exporting your palm address book as a .csv file (comma separate value) and importing it into outlook.
