Although you do have to be a good player to make the leaderboard, it's more essential to play a shnit load of games. I think the leaderboard would be more of an accomplishment if "games not moneyed" counted against you.

Continous...I only play about 40 or so per day. I didnt play for like 3 days because i had no power due to the hurricane. I plan to beat raptor to $20000 in 20 days though, so I am going to start playing a LOT. So much for having a life.

well I have dropped to 48 due to taking 2 days off ack and may drop off as I need some more time off.. but i had 300 20s or so in the first 11 days and peaked at 32..

Some of the people on the leaderboard have big holes in their games. I am one of them.

Also, I would be shocked if a few of the names on there are profitable.

Empire & Party have separate LeaderBoards..If you finish in Top 50 you get a freeroll into a 100-player NLHE tourny; Top 10 from that get freeroll into 60-player $50,000 Tourny.

Since Empire & Party have separate LB's, and since lots of 2+2'ers have multiple accounts at both, it is possible that a speeedfreak like "Fiery" or "Raptor" could have multiple finishes in both LeaderBoards.

To make it clear to the casual reader, I am deadeven for the month of July, I've played in 200 $215's (13 per day avg.) and I'm currently 28th on LB.....So, either Firey plays one humungous shitpot full of tournys, or he is winning one humungous shitpot full of $$$$. /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Actually, I think the top 10 (5 from each category) get to the semi-annual freeroll, which is actually a pretty damn sweet deal.

But the Top 50 from each category get into the monthly tournament. Do you or anybody else know the prize pool of that freeroll?

im pretty sure that skipperbob is correct - the top 5 in each category just get their name in blue. The top ten in the monthly freeroll get entry into the bi-annual freeroll.

p.s. I so suck at multis. If I recover and hold top 50 at the end of month I might just use the "system" in the freeroll... hahahahah
