Firstly, since I haven't posted in a while, just wanted to thank Party for adding the 6 max tables at 3/6. I started at 2/4, so never played 6 max before. It's a blast, and suits my style well.

So far, I'm playing it 27/21/2.1 for 4.5 BB/100 over 8000 hands.

Anyway, sorry for the standard hand here. I'm trying to figure out what I should defend in the BB. I'm at 57% BB defend to steal so far. To me, this call is too loose, but I'd like your comments. Also, do you like the turn raise?

My read was SB had been aggressive through about 5 hands. That's not much of a read...

This isn't a great calling hand HU, but the call is not so bad against an aggressive player. Raise the flop - your draw is pretty strong, and lots of good things can happen when you raise.

As you played it, cap the river.

Pretty easy river cap.

I don't like the preflop call.

I like the turn raise.

I don't like the lack of a river cap. What do you put him on?

But you're the 3/6 master, you tell us!

Haha

I call this preflop against a normal stealer, raise the flop and go from there.

I don't mind preflop, but I have a tendency to overdefend in the BB against SB stealraises.

I'd usually raise the flop; I love the turn raise, and would definitely cap the river.

I think I'm capping that river.
