View Full Version : Bubble Hand
Yesterday, I was playing in a 55 partypoker STT. And I didn't really know what to do with this hand. (I don't have the HH anymore, but I created him).
Blinds 100/200, 6 players left.
UTG1
Mp1 2200
Mp2 1400
CO 1600
Hero 1200
SB 1100
BB 1500
Dealed to Hero TT. Mp1 folds, Mp2 raises to 700, CO folds.
Mp2 has stolen a lot of pots before. Once he had to show KTos.
Do I have to push this card (Ofcourse he will call, no matter what he has) or do you think I will get a better spot? /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Especially if he is stealing pots i think u have to push with 6BBs.

If you know he will definitely call, then stop and go. I am not sure it's so cut and dried as you think though.

I though, if I push, he would get some nice potodds. About nearly 4:1. So with Ace high or something like that, it looks like an easy call. Maybe I though that it was cut and dried because I did push and he actually called. /images/graemlins/grin.gif (He showed A2s and my tens hold up.)

i would push every time into someone like that. i would probably never call in this situation. because of course you will be getting all your chips in anyway, and i dont think this guy is going to fold to an out of position "stop and go" with the odds and commitment he has made.

This is a pretty easy push if the guy isn't that tight. The fact that this is still 6 handed means you aren't really in bubble mode yet and shouldn't be passing up spots where you are usually going to be a nice favorite.
