Party 15/30, 6 handed

Hero is in CO with A/images/graemlins/heart.gifJ/images/graemlins/club.gif

MP limps, Hero raises, BB calls, MP calls.

3 players, 6.5 SB

Flop: 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif

BB checks, MP checks, Hero checks

Turn: 8/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
BB checks, MP bets, Hero folds.

My thinking on the flop was that there was no way I was protecting my hand, and it was very weak given the flop. So I waited to bet/raise a good turn.

This was the single worst possible turn, aside from maybe Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif. So I fold.

It just feels ugly, but it's right, right?

Bet the flop. You have TPTK. The board is a little scary but theres no reason to think you're not ahead and no reason to let some random Kx see a free turn.
