With an overpair first to act on the flop I would consider going for the check-raise, even if CO bets out.

If there's a best spot to fold, it's probably to Button's wake-up 3-bet on the turn. I have a hard time laying this down getting ~14:15-1 on the river, but I can't see you not being beat by J9/X9 (Button) or a flopped set/two pair (CO)

When button comes alive on the turn to 3-bet, you're toast. Fold right then and there.
