My PT haven't loaded a couple of my last SNG's probably b/c I haven't loaded the last Patch of PT.

How do I get another copy of those summarys..?

Not sure, but last night I only got emailed tourney summaries for 3 out of the 4 that I played. I did a standard Party Load HH from files and it picked up my finish in the 4th.
