In trying to think about the hand from the perspective of each player, I found it to be particularly interesting because of some of the differing views of good players who responded in the thread. Here are some general discussion questions:

(1) What range of hands are you pushing if you are Giga (UTG) here?

(2) What range are you calling as one of the medium stacks against Giga's range?

(3) What range are you calling as the small stack against Giga's range?

I know that you can come up with an "answer" (using eastbay's program for example) to all of these questions if you just run the numbers assigning ranges to each player. However, Strasser and others make it clear that they believe the correct play is counter to the results suggested by ICM. That is why I am interested in more discussion. If the correct play is indeed different than what the numbers suggest, why? Is it the ever increasing blinds? Is it the power of doubling-up and using a big stack to accumulate more chips? Etc?

I don't give a damn if Giga did it or anyone else. I am much more interested in the calls than the push. I personally am having trouble with what calls to make on the bubble, and I am wondering why some people think AQ (and worse) is a call here when it is -$EV strictly by ICM.

But thanks for the helpful response.
