Live Casino 1/2 $100 NL

Loose slightly aggressive game.

6 limpers to me on the button and I have two red Kings. I raise to $15. BB calls (L-P), CO calls (LA-A).

Pot is ~50

Flop is 2 3 6 two spades.
BB bets $10, CO calls, I raise to $50, BB folds, CO calls.

Turn is 10 (no spade)
CO pushes for $52, I call.

Comments?

Not really, well played.

EDIT: And yeah he probably turned over 54 for the straight, but w/ 50BB stacks folding has no place here against a LAG.

Given the title "protecting the hand," I would imagine he turned over TT for the turned set.

Hehe, well... I think he was actually trying to bluff me out on the turn.

Villain turned over... Q7 spades. Haha!

Of course, I hit the king on the river, of spades. There goes a nice pot...

Well, it appears you managed to get all the money in the middle while you were a better than average favorite. I will take that situation every time /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Remember, even a blind squirrel occasionally finds a nut.

Villian played it terrible...I think you played it fine. Your pf raise was adequate for the stakes and your post flop re-raise could have maybe been a little higher but you still weren't giving him odds to call.
