Neteller Unavailable on Empire

I may be out of date here. I just tried to deposit on Empire using Neteller and was denied. It said Neteller option unavailable to you at this time.

Empire just did an update when I logged in. Is this something new or has it been going on for a while? I had not made a deposit or withdrawal from Empire since May.

FWIW, I have enough in Neteller to cover the deposit.

I used Neteller like 3-4 days ago for days ago for the bonus reload.

This happens from time to time. It has happened to me twice. I had to call pay-pro to get it resolved.

I used Neteller last night to deposit at Empire. No problems. It was the same Neteller account that I use for Party.

Any explanation from them? They make it a hassle to deposit, I will just play elsewhere. (Especially since I am a day late for the 50July bonus)

They just wanted to confirm my identity. Took 1 minute. Happened once with empire and when my empire account got banned (bonus whoring) I had the same problem with PartyPoker. Had to call them to remove the security flag empire had put on my account.
