My freaking bicep is going crazy, and has been doing so for a little less than a week. I've tried working out, I've tried not working out, nothing seems to make it better. Is there anything I can do besides hoping it goes away?

1. Stop wanking off
2. Magnesium (preferably sulphate)

On the occasion I have a twiching arm it was usually due to a workout. However, if I drink a ton of caffeine for some reason it does cause my eyelid to twitch. Now that's really annoying.
