I am currently on my worst downsing since I started playing and it has cost me 8-9% of my bankroll....

I had moved up 5/6 weeks ago to $1/$2NL (6max n full-ring)...

I have had my a*s handed to me on a silver tray....

I want to have a break but continue playing......

BR ~ $6400......Should I try limit for a change....Omaha....or play STT's......?

Should I change sites to freshen myself up....I'm just feeling a little low after 3 massive losing sessions.....

My hands are being beat....admittedly through some bad play by myself and some sucking-out......Just need a new direction...

Any suggestions as to what I could read apart from these forums....Should I post some of my hands from the previous 3 sessions....?

Suggestions appreciated but its been a bad month......

All of the above (especially Omaha 8B if you don't already know how to play). When I'm in a rut, I like to switch games to try and refocus. I love to play as well, but a bad run can affect your normal game. So, its often good to switch things up. Just my 2 cents.

Suggestions:

1. take a few days off from poker including the forums

2. drop down in stakes and regain confidence

3. start playing more solid abc poker

4. post hands

5. Read TOP and PLNLP if you haven't read them.

Take some time off. Most importantly though, do not change the way you play. You can obviously play working your BR up to what it is now and when people are in ruts they tend to push hands a bit to hard or tend to chase draws. Keep playing solid poker when you get back from your break.

Why are you so hostile in every post? And it's not only in this forum, I doubt 86 is your actual birth year - more like 1994.

Or maybe you have made so much money in 2/4 fixed.
