In the current issue of Card Player Magazine Barry Tanenbaum's article on the "Ten Common and Costly Hold’em Errors" is simple. In my progression as a poker player I am hopefully beyond the basic "donkey mistakes" he describes but need improvement on: betting patterns, concentration, psycholagy... ect.. basically improvement to grow beyond ABC. I think it would be useful to compile a list of "errors" that non-fishey players makes. Flame on...

My ten: only five, that is why I need input.
1. Lack of concentration
2. Playing open ended on time - if the game is good stay.
3. Recognizing betting patterns.
4. Taking the competetion for granted (especially online
play.
5. Failing to continuously improve, example:me "old school players are not nearly as good as the up and coming new breed of players.

I don't think taking the competition for granted is a large flaw at all, if anything people on this forum take the competition too seriously and don't play back at them enough.

That's a quality gimmick. Just make sure you never say anything other than STAMP.

Does that mean it needs to be unstamped?

Or is there a nonuseless stamp around here somewhere?
