Switching to 6max: slowing down with top pair

I hate it when people say "no reads" but I don't. I've been here about an orbit and a half and I haven't seen anything out of line from this player. I don't have anything resembling PT stats at this level so he is an unknown.

I was UTG with K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif and raised. It folded to the SB who called, the BB 3bet and we both called.

SB checked, BB bet, I raised, SB check-3bet, BB called, I called.

Turn (9 BBs): 2/images/graemlins/diamond.gif

SB bet, BB folded, I called

River (11 BBs): 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif

SB bet, I called.
