There's a good and very straightforward article about being a poker pro titled "No, you can't become a professional poker player" pokerpages.com (http://www.pokerpages.com) ,it really makes you take an honest look at yourself, he's very blunt to say the least, just thought some of you guys might want to check it out.

kinda funny,

he knows virtually nothing about ring games and who plays in them..all the 'pro' players he named are tourney players primarily....evidently he's never met a true grinder....side games? only tourneys for this guy...after all, that's where all the 'real pros' are arent they?

but the article was entertaining.
