View Full Version : Ugh...think I still don't get it

This seemed a lot like the AK hands we've been talking about. While I expected the reraiser to call, I did not expect one of the initial callers to join him. Bad luck or overplayed? The limp-raiser had AK, so we held each others outs against the third players JJ (but he gets a third anyway). Should I have just called the reraise with three players still active behind me? I like getting my money in with this hand but was there too much interest preflop for me to be so definitive?

Yeah... with that much action preflop I wouldn't put in the 3rd raise. IF I had a read that the limp-reraiser was terrible and would do this with something like AQ or a small pair, I think there's enough money in the pot for the all-in. Minus a read though, I think it's way too risky and prefer calling to see a flop.

See the flop, one of these players probably has 1010-QQ and the other a weaker ace. Get out if you don't hit and if you do play it aggressively.
