Is there any way to do this by exercises, dietary supplements, medication? I have a tiny bladder and I'm tired of having to get up to take a leak once an hour.

i think you are talking about drugs for old people who lose control and pee their pants. that's not my problem...i just have a small bladder so it's uncomfortable for me to go longer than an hour or 2 without peeing. i have no problem holding it in when i need to.

Frequent urination can cause the bladder capacity to decrease. You can increase the bladder capacity by:

1. Drinking at least 1 quart of water per day, gradually increasing to 2 quarts of water per day.
2. When you get the urge to go, trying to hold it for 5 extra minutes before going to the bathroom.
3. Each week, add 5 minutes to the length of time you hold the urine after you have the urge.
4. The goal is to hold 300cc-400cc (about 2 cups) in your bladder and urinate every 2-4 hours during the day. Once you have your bladder capacity at a larger volume, you can gradually decrease your fluid intake to decrease the frequency of urination.
5. Half of your fluid intake should always be water.
6. Bladder retraining may be helped by exercising the pelvic muscles; which support the bladder and urethra.

You're asking this forum instead of going to your doctor ?

I mentioned it to my doctor last time I went a few months ago. He did a few tests and basically told me I just have a small bladder and can't do much about it.

I'm the opposite; apparently, I have a huge bladder. When I really have to piss, I can stand there pissing for upwards of like a minute and a half. I've actually had people comment to me on how long it takes me to piss sometimes.

Out of curiosity, I once waited until I could hardly hold it anymore and then pissed in a large soda cup (32 oz) so I could estimate my bladder's capacity. I easily overflowed the cup.

It's a very good thing to pee a lot. So just do it.
