I caught this movie on tv a week or two ago. The basic plot was there's some train which is out of control and is about to slam into a hospital. In between, tons of really stupid things happen, people getting knocked off a train at high speeds, then somehow running faster than it and jumping onto the moving train, there's an irate senator on board, there's are helicoptors involved in the rescue, gratuitous explosions, etc. Basically, it's an absolutley awful movie with an incredible amount of unintentional comedy. I think it was called something like Last Run or Last Journey, but I'm coming up blank on IMDB. It was on some afternoon on Channel Five in the UK. Anyone know what the hell I'm talking about?

I'm probably wrong, but it sounds sort of like Under Siege 2: Dark Territory (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0114781/) with Steven Seagal.

Definitely wrong. That movie, while terrible, is missing many of the other identifiers. I remember something about his daughter being hot though.

Nope, that's not it. This has no international conspiracy, just an incompetant conductor who spills water on the econtrols and screws the train up, and incompetent engineers who apparently have never heard of having backup systems.

Ali G: "Aren't you worried that terrorists will hijack a train and drive it into the white house?"

director of the CIA: "no"

Looks like this. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0210681/)

The niece in Under Siege 2 was Katherine Heigl

Train movies are really hit and miss. Runaway Train was good. Emperor of the North Pole was good. The Cassandra Crossing was unintentionally funny (OJ!) and Silver Streak, well...

That's it. I wonder why it didn't pop up on IMDB, I searched that exact phrase and didn't seem to come up with anything.
