eyeoftexas had been calling with KXo, QXo, so I figured his pushing/raising range would probably be around the same, if not lower:

And then:
I hadn't raised/pushed in some time, and cham25 was quite tight, I expected to pick this right up looking at the stack sizes... I figured 2nd low stack wouldn't want to risk losing most of his stack.

then:

I'm mid stack, no SB, I saw it as an easy way to pick up the blinds.

Should I have just raised?

Hand 1: I don't like it much, even if his calling range is that wide, because most donks practice a reverse gap concept. They don't raise a lot. If you do play this, and if his range is that wide, you should stop and go this hand for as much FE as possible.

Hand 2: 5x BB... Think this is ok. K4 is a decent hand here... Even though everyone else doesn't have a stack at all.

Hand 3: I think folding this is pretty bad.

First hand is fine

Second hand I would fold

Third hand is a clear push if there is a small blind. Probably a push anyway, but Im retarded in non SB situations because I havent studied them at all and they are so rare. Im sure it should be a push regardless.

Yeah but they are too stupid and your edge is too thin for me to push the K4o. I'll fold and either hope someone busts or hope for a slightly better situation.

Meh, yeah your edge is miniscule, but people don't understand proper pot odds... Eh... It's close.

Hand 1: Yuk

Hand 2: I don't think you have much choice.

Hand 3: Its a risky push, I think the missing SB makes me a little less likley to pull the trigger. I think I fold.

Running this through SNGPT shows this is -EV with calling ranges of 66+,ATs+,AJo+ ... I think thats too tight to expect for a $10+1. (with a small blind its slightly +EV, actually about a 0.5% difference)

Hmm, I disagreed with curtains on all 3, thats not a good sign ...

No you definitely might be right about hand 3. I would probably fold too. Also with hand 1 I was basically saying that he can call based on his read. If you think your opponent is crazy and you have just 6-7x the BB with ace high and 100 committed, then of course calling is okay.

In hand 2, I somehow don't like pushing. I feel like they will do something stupid enough where I don't have to move allin with K4o on the cutoff for 5x the BB. I still have plenty of fold equity in such a low buyin too if nothing great happens in the next few hands.
