Player notes transferring?

Please excuse my extreme newbieness, but if I start playing at Party on a new computer, will my player notes transfer? Thanks.

Your player notes are stored locally on your hard drive. Email the file or copy it to a disk and load it into the new computer. Probably installed at C:\Program Files|Party Poker\Notes.txt
