Empire login problems

I posted in the wrong section, newb here, Empire will not allow me to start up a new accoun, it says "Error creating account: EmpirePoker shares tables with a few other online poker rooms. We have detected that you have an active account with one of these poker rooms .." I have an account with Party, do I need to erase Party completely, please help! Are they tracking my IP address?

Easiest way around this is to make your account and deposit from a "clean" computer (a computer with no Party software on it).
