How do I post my pokertracker stats?

Let me see if I can get this right.

When you've got pokertracker up use ctrl print screen.

That saves the image to your clipboard. Now open paint or adobe photoshop and paste the image. Crop out extraneous garbage from the screen shot and save it as a JPEG.

Go to photobucket or imageshack where you can host images free after you register. Upload your JPEG. You'll see a series of links to use. Copy the standard URL.

You'll see when you are writing a message there are buttons for smileys, card suits and one that says image. When you click on image you'll get a box for pasting the links from the image hosting site.

If it works, I guess it would look something like this:

That was my June from hell, which got even worse than that before it got better, but fortunately I'm back to the nice peak where that whole downswing started.
