Micro/Turbo Game

Stakes are .50/.05, blinds go up every 5 minutes.

Blinds are 400/200, ante is 50

Hero (Button) 8300T
Villian (Button) 6700T

Hero posts SB, ante, Villian posts BB, ante.

Pre-flop (pot is 700T)

Hero is dealt 7 /images/graemlins/club.gif7 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif

Hero bets 800, Villian raises 2500.

Thinking the hand over after playing it, I think fold is right. I'm probably in a coin flip at best situation and may be a huge dog.

Actual play -- Hero pushes, Villian calls (and shows AJ), Flop comes down 722 and that's all she wrote. So, I won the tourney, but still think I played it terribly heads up.

If I ever find an opponent who will fold 77 HU with 15BB stacks, I think I will be in heaven.

I'll take a pair versus two unsuited overcards HU 100% of the time in any game with quickly increasing blinds that are a high% of my stack.

Min-raising is ungood.

Agreed, think of blinds as 250/450 with the ante, and raise to 1200 or so
