I've finished 2nd in several tournaments in the last few weeks, running into the same situation heads up each time.
My opponent raises every pot (different opponents, same style). My hands are faceless, 83, 63, 10 2, 74 offsuit--you get the idea. Most of the people I play cards with are typical LAGs. I manage to steals some blinds when I act first, but gradually my stack is reduced to an all-in situation.
It's getting to the point where I feel like raising and reraising all-in every hand and taking my chances with (hopefully) 2 live cards. I know this is skill-less and thoughtless, but I feel like I'm reacting too much rather than putting the pressure on them. I've read the books that are standardly recommended, but they assume my competition is more nuanced than the players I play with are.
