Meh. I think if I've started my pushing frenzy already then this is a push, but if I've only made standard raises so far then I make another standard raise.

I wonder, would calling here be absolutely abhorrent? If you call and someone raises, you push it. If you call and get a few limpers and hit your A or K, you get your money in. If you miss, well.. that sux.
