I have JTo with only 390 chips left. Blinds go up in 4 hands. Do I take a stand here and re-raise all in, do I call the raise, or do I just fold it here?

Fold and push the next hand that's folded to you. You have no folding equity in this spot, and your holding isn't that good.

I would probably call here. You have 4x BB, you're dropping near half your stack in 2 hands, you really need chips.

Creating FE by stop and go sounds very right.
