i would call down, given PT stats, it is hard to maintain legitimate aggression that high while maintaining a very high VPIP, in other words he bluffs/semi-bluffs alot.

thinking out loud: is a turn or river raise +EV here, given his likelyhood of semi-bluffing a T?

I don't think I'd have the stones to 3bet him without having specifically seen him bluff check/raise a paired board. Maniacs get good cards, too. It would suck a whole lot to get capped.

I reraise. I don't like the idea of four players going to the river with this hand.

Reraise and fold to a cap. Based on those stats. I hate stats as a read though. I prefer, "...villian is very loose and passive preflop, but tight and aggressive postflop. Never calls down with crap. Doesn't play draws aggressively."
That's a read and based on that I would reraise and fold to a cap unless the two limpers called the reraise and then I would call the cap as the pot would now be fairly interesting.

But this is all theoretical as the read provided is insufficient as is always happening lately. I propose that from now on a read should be backed up by stats, not a read being solely stats.
