read & re-read it & then re-read it as one of the players has read it over 10 times in 18 months.

I haven't read all of this yet (i haven't even looked at the 7 card stud part of the book), but from what i've read so far, it depends what stakes you're playing at. For low limit play, this book is much too advanced, and the basic strategy part that is directed at small stakes play isn't that good IMO. For high stakes I'm sure this is the only book worth getting.

Is there a good low limit book? Can I just dumb down the concepts for low limits?

Unfortunately there isn't too much good information out there for Omaha/8. Here's some reviews. (http://www.o8poker.com/Reviews/bookreviewso8.htm)

I must say though that i don't agree with his review of Cappalletti's book, i thought it was quite bad. Haven't read Tenner's book.

Overall, this site (http://www.o8poker.com/) is possibly the best source of info out there. Having said that, of course you always learn something new from the books.
