NL Flop Betting question

NL holdem lets say blinds 5-10.

and flop is out and im first to bet.

I can raise 11 and up??

i thought its either bet to 10 or raise To 20 or up(20up)



does this rule apply only for the community cards or the Whole thing even before preflop

You know there a couple of good books out there that can explain the rules to you, but I would suggest starting at 1/2 limit from the sounds of it.
