I keep getting confused by the ratios used in poker. When people say they are a 3:2 underdog what does that mean? To arrive at what percent chance you have of winning do you just divide 3 / 2? I appreiciate any help

2 wins for every 3 losses, or 2/5 chance of winning if there are no ties.
