Gigabet is a well-respected forum member who has presented some very counterintuitive ideas on the board.

I suggest you use the search function, and then try to emulate his playing style as closely as possible. You can't lose.

He's a player named Gigabet on party that does really well at the high buyin SNGs. Some ppl disagree with his playing style, but to each and their own.

Read some of his posts and see for yourself.

Here: Gigabet on long term success (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=singletable&Number=1825403 &Forum=,,All_Forums,,&Words=Success%20and%20Failur e&Searchpage=2&Limit=25&Main=1825403&Search=true&w here=bodysub&Name=186) is a decent post of his.

The first rule regarding Gigabet is that we do not talk about Gigabet.

Thanks Ryan that link was VERY informative. He sounds like a extremely good player.

Do you know any of his stats or anything. or what size tournies he plays.

and does he still play under the name Gigabet.

2. If you think it's a good spot for a Gigamove, you are probably wrong.

Most of Gigaet's complicated ideas that are interesting enough to post will add EV at higher buyin levels, but will lead many people to FPS if they try to implement them at lower buyins. In other words, I wouldn't suggest emulating someone like Gigabet if you're playing the 22s or 33s.

I'll take the 50 ----- Andy Griffith Show (Barney Fife is quoted). However, that is rule #1. I'll give the points back if you know Fife's Rule #2

Is the person on party named "Gigabet" the same as who you are talking about? I thought his name on party was "evenkeal." Or does he have two screen names?

Search...please....he's posted a lot on this very forum under 'Gigabet.'

He also has two brothers who post on here.

Gigabet is a very cool/nice guy in person to boot. Although it wouldn't hurt if he decided to eat a little bit more.
