Hello!

Simple questions:
1. Why do you use PV instead of GT+?

2. I *just* heard about PokerEdge for the first time today. But I've never seen it discussed here. Since it was just described to me in another forum as an "unbelieveable asskicking software" I am wondering why it gets no mention.

1. Don't have to add the tables with PV.

2. I have no idea.

I've used PokerEdge for about 4 months, first heard about it here. I'm surprised it doesn't get more mention. I find it especially useful when I first sit down at a table and have no reads whatever. Well worth $10/month for small stakes, IMO.

From what I gather, the table selection thing is the biggest feature available. Anything else noteworthy about it?

No, it's about what you would expect from a couple of programmers who decided they could make money gathering reams of data on hand histories.

The interface is OK but nothing astounding: lets you see color-coding for all players at a table at once, but not *data* for all players at once, like GT+; you can only see data for one player at a time.

And the data is catch-as-catch-can: occasionally thousands of hands on a player, but much more often just a few hundred or fewer.

Still, saves me from sitting down in a rock garden at least once every session.

1. I used to use PV (I even paid for it) but PA HUD (http://www.caeddyn.com/pokerace/) is a lot better IMHO.

Trying this now, looks quite good, love the auto-show cards feature.
