Villain is pretty loose passive preflop, and doesn't show much agression on the flop when he has a big hand, likes to overbet unraised pots ($8 into $3 for example). Previously he checked behind on flop with bottom set.

Play here look good based upon my read of villain?

He's probably not getting very tricky with AA/KK right? Given that he slowplays sets, I dunno. JJ maybe? AT? He'd have to be pretty thick for me to like my hand after his min 3-bet.

The stack sizes at this table are ridiculously pathetic lol

Its really not much of a play/line. You think you have the best hand on the flop and the villian is clearly trying to get you to commit you to the pot with the reraise. I wouldnt think I was that much ahead when he reraises, but the push isnt incorrect based off the read, stack sizes
