UTG checks, Hero checks, Button bets, UTG calls, Hero folds.

Q1: Should I have 3-bet the flop? Is there any value to it or am I out of position since the Button acts after me?

Q2: Do you agree with the fold on the turn? Even if a jack hits im still not sure if i beat him. Or can i put my self on a flush draw and call?

Call both the flop and the turn. You're probably behind on the flop but you can peel. You have a flush draw on the turn dude.

I wouldn't have 3bet the flop, and I would have called the turn. Not sure about the turn call being correct, though. But the pot is big.

he does have the 3rd nut flush draw on the turn, getting 12/1 is enough

but yeah the flop3bet is bad

Peel the flop to the raise. 3bet = spew. Turn fold = /images/graemlins/confused.gif

I think by now you've figured out the turn bet is bad. Here's a little math to back it up:

You make the flush 19.6% of the time (9/46).
You will win with that flush 50% of the time (probably a conservative estimate)
You lose 1 BB when you miss
You lose 2.5 BB when you hit and lose
you win 15 BB when you hit and win

(-1*.84) + (-2.5* 0.098) + (15* 0.098) = 0.385.

So, every time you make this fold you lose 0.385 BB.

SOmebody yell at me if my math sucks.
