Texas Hold'em $0.25-$0.50 NL

Villian is LAG Passive. I put him on trips here. The other guy I figured was on the flush draw. Should the small end of a straight be played this AGG Or should I have known better? I figure there are many hands Villian could be in here with Two pair..set..possibly straight flush draw...considering he is loose He could have anything and would bet it like this.
