Imagine this vs. the average NL50 opponent. What should be my turn action?

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A/images/graemlins/club.gif, A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.50, 3 folds, Hero raises to $2.5, 2 folds, SB (poster) calls $2.25, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls $2.

Flop: ($8) 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players)
SB bets $3, UTG+1 folds, Hero raises to $10, SB calls $7.

Turn: ($28) J/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
SB checks, Hero ?????

Also, does your answer change if it's a rainbow flop?

ps- think about the pot size you want on the turn when making your flop raise. $12 would be better.

No one supports the line I actually took, namely checking behind on the turn? IMO, it's rare for SSNL players to semibluff the flop. I think A K or a set are way more likely than a flush dra. Against a set, I keep the pot small and save money. A K might fold to a turn bet, but bet(check-call) the river if checked to.

Thoughts?

People don't semibluff raise (although I've seen it), but I have seen people bet less than half pot. I don't think checking is that bad, but AK you can probably get all in here with a bet.
